The company is engaged in chartering vessels to support offshore activities both internationally and domestically focussing on the oil and gas industry.
Currently, a wide variety of vessels are used to support offshore activities in oil and gas industry, both abroad and domestically. Whether for cargo transportation, rig removal, surveying, or other special tasks. The Company has the knowledge and relationships to be able to provide a suitable ship to meet the needs of its customers. In addition to ships with their own ownership, namely Anchor Handling Tug and Supply Vessels and Crew / Utility Vessels, the Company also has relationships with tugboat owners, AHTS, AHT, PSV, oil barges, crew ships, and other vessels so that the Company can provide vessels for customer needs with charter vessels.
NMS offers ship charter services and support services to ensure that projects at sea can be implemented efficiently, safely, and in accordance with applicable technical standards and regulations, projects on the high seas that can be supported by shipping charter services by the company.
Offshore Drilling Rigs And Installation Support
These services include a wide range of activities required to establish, operate, and maintain offshore drilling rigs and related facilities.
Some of the support services include:
- Transport, place and move drilling rigs at designated locations,
- Installing supporting structures such as platforms, storage tanks, and underwater equipment, and
- Manage the logistics and supply of materials and equipment required for drilling and installation operations.
Field Support Services
This service includes a wide range of activities to support operations at oil and gas drilling or production sites.
An example of a service that can be provided is emergency response, where the Company provides a team that is ready to respond to incidents or accidents at drilling or production sites.
These services are designed to improve occupational safety, minimize environmental impact, and ensure a quick and effective response in emergency situations in the shipping and oil and gas industries.
Offshore Construction Support
The Company provides various supports for offshore construction activities, such as:
- Building
- Installation, and
- Infrastructure Maintenance
which required for oil and gas operations at sea.
These include the process of installing underwater pipelines to transport oil or gas from drilling sites to onshore storage or production facilities, and support for divers who carry out construction, inspection, or repair work underwater.
Seismic Survey And Exploration
The Company offers support services to ensure that the seismic survey process runs smoothly and the data generated is accurate and useful for determining potential drilling sites.
These services include the process of identifying and exploring underground oil and gas reserves. This process involves using seismic technology to produce a picture of the underground that helps determine potential locations for drilling.
The example of services provided by the Company are providing special vessels equipped with seismic equipment to conduct surveys at sea as well as chase boats or small vessels that support the operation of survey vessels, and other similar services.
Salvage
Support services for rescue operations for ships that have suffered accidents or damage at sea, including the lifting of sunken ships, the removal of wrecks, and the recovery of cargo.
The Company offers support for:
- Obtain the necessary permits from maritime and environmental authorities to carry out rescue operations, provide professional divers to carry out underwater inspections, repairs and recoveries,
- Provide specialized vessels equipped with rescue equipment to support operations, and
- Coordinating with rescue agencies and authorities to organize rescue operations.
